Before the new system, the family had to make multiple trips into town to weigh their grain, which slowed down their operation and made the process less efficient. The family also felt like someone needed to be on-site at all times to monitor the facility.
Solution
The upgrade included two 75' bins, a 60' bin, a 42' bin, two 18' heavy duty hoppers on super structures, DuoFlow Distributor, a 14' x 14' x 135' tower, Mixed-Flow Dryer, three Double runs, four Triple Run unload conveyors, and four Paddle Sweeps.
